Nach 30 Jahren bei Mediamix und 27 Jahren als Mitglied des Partner-Boards bereitet sich Henri Tripet auf seinen Ruhestand vor. Die Agentur tritt mit einer gest\u00e4rkten Organisation in eine neue Phase ihrer Entwicklung ein: Laetitia Foeller, bereits Co-CEO, \u00fcbernimmt nun vollst\u00e4ndig die Rolle des CEO, w\u00e4hrend Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Centelighe als COO zur Agentur st\u00f6sst. Beide blicken auf diesen \u00dcbergang und die Vision f\u00fcr die Zukunft von Mediamix zur\u00fcck.<\/p>

Henri, nach all diesen Jahren an der Spitze von Mediamix bereitest du dich darauf vor, ein neues Kapitel aufzuschlagen. Wie blickst du auf diesen Moment?<\/h3>

Es ist zwangsl\u00e4ufig ein besonderer Meilenstein. Mediamix hat \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg einen sehr wichtigen Platz in meinem Leben eingenommen. Aber ich gehe mit viel Gelassenheit und vor allem mit grossem Stolz auf den zur\u00fcckgelegten Weg.<\/p>

Die Agentur hat sich entwickelt, die Teams wurden gest\u00e4rkt und wir haben sehr solide Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufgebaut. Es war mir wichtig, dass der \u00dcbergang unter guten Bedingungen und mit einer klaren Vision f\u00fcr die Zukunft stattfindet.<\/p>

Und ich freue mich auch darauf, Zeit pers\u00f6nlicheren Projekten widmen zu k\u00f6nnen: mich ehrenamtlich zu engagieren, eine Vanlife-Tour durch Europa zu machen und neue Horizonte zu entdecken. Den Sport nat\u00fcrlich nicht zu vergessen.<\/p>

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, wie kam es zu dieser Gelegenheit, bei Mediamix einzusteigen?<\/h3>

Henri und ich sind \u00fcber die Jahre in Kontakt geblieben. Auch nach meiner ersten Zeit bei Mediamix haben wir uns immer wieder regelm\u00e4ssig \u00fcber die Marktentwicklung und unsere jeweiligen Werdeg\u00e4nge ausgetauscht.<\/p>

Als sich die Frage der Nachfolge stellte, verlief das Gespr\u00e4ch recht nat\u00fcrlich. Die Idee, in eine Agentur zur\u00fcckzukehren, die ich gut kenne, jedoch in einer anderen Rolle und an einem Schl\u00fcsselmoment ihrer Entwicklung, erschien mir sofort sehr interessant.<\/p>

Henri, warum Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, um diese neue Phase von Mediamix zu begleiten?<\/h3>

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric kennt die Branche sehr gut und hat einen sehr umfassenden Blick auf den Beruf. Er hat sowohl auf Kundenseite als auch in grossen internationalen Agenturnetzwerken gearbeitet, was ihm eine sehr treffende Perspektive auf die Erwartungen der Werbetreibenden gibt.<\/p>

Dar\u00fcber hinaus kennt er bereits die DNA von Mediamix. Er ist jemand, der strategische Vision und operatives Gesp\u00fcr verbindet \u2013 zwei wesentliche Qualit\u00e4ten, um die Entwicklung einer Agentur zu begleiten.<\/p>

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, dein Werdegang hat dich in sehr unterschiedliche Umgebungen gef\u00fchrt. Was bringen dir diese Erfahrungen heute?<\/h3>

Sie haben es mir erm\u00f6glicht, den Beruf aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Die Arbeit auf Kundenseite erlaubt es, die Erwartungen, Einschr\u00e4nkungen und Priorit\u00e4ten der Kunden sehr konkret zu verstehen. Und die Entwicklung innerhalb grosser Agenturgruppen bringt Erfahrungen mit sehr anspruchsvollen Strukturen in Bezug auf Strategie, Organisation und Leistung mit sich.<\/p>

Heute geben mir diese Erfahrungen einen recht globalen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den Beruf und dar\u00fcber, wie eine Agentur ihre Kunden auf relevante Weise begleiten kann.<\/p>

Henri, wie siehst du die Entwicklung von Mediamix in den kommenden Jahren?<\/h3>

Der Medienmarkt entwickelt sich sehr schnell und wird immer komplexer. Agenturen m\u00fcssen heute Expertise, Technologie und ein strategisches Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Herausforderungen der Kunden kombinieren.<\/p>

Mediamix hat sich in den letzten Jahren bereits stark weiterentwickelt und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein solides Fundament, um weiter zu wachsen. Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Agentur gut positioniert ist, um diese n\u00e4chste Etappe in Angriff zu nehmen.<\/p>

Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric, was motiviert dich am meisten an diesem neuen Abenteuer?<\/h3>

Was mich am meisten begeistert, ist das Potenzial der Agentur und die Qualit\u00e4t der Teams. Mediamix hat eine sehr starke Kultur und eine sehr enge Beziehung zu ihren Kunden.<\/p>
