Senior Account Manager – French / German / English – 80%
Start date: February 2027 or by agreement Workplace: Belmont-sur-Lausanne, with the possibility of working remotely for up to 40% of the employment rate
Your responsibilities
- Independently manage and develop a portfolio of Swiss and international clients
- Provide strategic advice and support clients with their media related challenges
- Develop, present and defend offline and online media recommendations and strategies
- Design media plans tailored to clients’ objectives, markets and budgets
- Manage national and international campaigns from planning through to reporting
- Coordinate internal experts, media sales houses, media partners and local or international service providers
- Monitor budgets, campaign performance and optimisation activities
- Analyse results and present campaign reports and recommendations to clients
- Actively contribute to client retention and portfolio development
- Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client accounts in collaboration with the team
Your profile
Above all, we are looking for an experienced professional who is confident in client relationships and able to manage accounts independently, from strategic thinking through to operational follow up.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in media, ideally within a media agency, or equivalent experience on the advertiser or media sales side
- Education in marketing, advertising or media, ideally complemented by a Swiss federal professional qualification or equivalent training
- Strong knowledge of offline and digital media
- Experience developing, presenting and defending media recommendations
- Ability to advise and support clients independently
- German at C1 level is essential, as it is regularly used in communication with our clients and partners
- English at a minimum B2 level, with C1 preferred, particularly for our international accounts
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Very good command of standard office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, independence and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in client contact
- Ability to manage several accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Team spirit, curiosity and a desire to actively contribute to agency life
