To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a SEA & Paid Social Specialist,
available immediately or to be agreed.
Workplace: Belmont-sur-Lausanne, with the possibility of partial remote work.
Missions
This is a hands-on role, not an external coordination position: the specialist is directly responsible for setups, optimisations and analyses.
Technical setup of campaigns (SEA & Paid Social)
- Full and structured setup of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max): keywords, audiences, assets, extensions, audience signals, etc.
- Creation and setup of campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
- Configuration of A/B tests (audiences, visuals, ad copy).
- Monitoring of tracking: tags, pixels, UTMs, conversions, and landing page / keyword consistency, in collaboration with the Tracking Manager.
Ongoing monitoring & optimisation
- Analysis of search terms, bid adjustments, ad optimisation, exclusions and testing of new variants.
- Paid Social optimisations based on KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS), with recommendations for creative variations.
- Strategic analysis of landing page relevance.
Analysis & reporting
- Daily/weekly monitoring of campaign performance and KPIs.
- Creation of Looker Studio dashboards, interim reports and final reports.
- Synthesis of key learnings and data-driven optimisation proposals.
Internal collaboration & client relationship
- Close collaboration with SEO and tracking teams to ensure campaign quality.
- Participation in client calls (with guidance), including understanding and reformulating briefs.
- Contribution to the development of strategic media recommendations.
Profile
Skills & experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hands-on setup and optimisation of Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, ease with numbers and a genuine interest in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of tracking (pixels, conversions, UTMs) and solid understanding of KPIs.
- Good stress management and ability to work within tight deadlines.
Personal qualities
- Strong team spirit and appetite for collaboration.
- Autonomy, initiative and results-oriented mindset.
- Native French speaker; good level of English. German is an asset.
Working conditions
This position offers the possibility of partial remote work. However, it is essential that the successful candidate is present on site at least 60% of the time.
